Who we are looking for



We are looking for an experienced Web/Mobile Tech Lead who can connect the dots between architecture, delivery, and execution.
This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on engineering leadership with technical delivery ownership across web and mobile platforms.

You will act as a bridge between technology and delivery - coordinating full-stack teams, defining architecture, ensuring code quality, and supporting pre-sales and project scoping. You’ll be responsible for making things happen designing solutions, assembling teams, and ensuring they’re delivered on time and at high quality. You will contribute to Deloitte’s Delivery standards, ensuring projects are executed predictably, efficiently, and with measurable value.

If you have deep experience with modern digital ecosystems (React, Node.js, Flutter, headless CMS) and lead by example - this role is made for you.


We are looking for candidates who have:

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally across both web and mobile domains.
  • 2+ years in a technical leadership or delivery management role.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, React / Next.js, and Node.js.
  • Experience with Flutter or hybrid mobile frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading full SDLC (from design to deployment).
  • Understanding of API-driven architectures and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).

Preferred skills

  • Familiarity with headless CMS and composable platforms (Contentful, Storyblok, Strapi).
  • Exposure to eCommerce, MarTech, or personalization platforms.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and mobile release management.
  • Experience in technical presales, PoC creation, or tender participation

This role requires a hands-on technical leader - comfortable discussing architecture, writing code when needed, and coordinating teams across different technological stacks.


The ideal candidate balances strategic thinking with pragmatic execution and collaborates effectively with diverse global teams in complex digital environments. This role requires strong partnership with the Talent Group Leader to ensure team growth, performance excellence, and optimal resource allocation.

Strong candidates take ownership of delivery milestones and drive projects forward without waiting for detailed instructions.



Your future role

As a Web-Mobile Tech Lead + Delivery, you will:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of web and mobile applications using agile methodologies, from technical discovery to deployment, acting as technical lead for multi-platform solutions (React, Node.js, Flutter).
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define scope, milestones, and delivery roadmaps, and shape and document project-level solution architecture, ensuring scalability and maintainability for assigned deliveries.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure development standards and best practices across the team.
  • Mentor and guide developers, helping them grow into autonomous teams, while collaborating with Design, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery pipelines and integrate automation solutions into project architectures.
  • Collaborate with Project Management on delivery milestones and client coordination, and with the Talent Group Leader on team performance, resource allocation, and competency development in alignment with practice objectives.
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities with technical input, effort estimations, and proof-of-concepts.
