Who we are looking for

🚀 Workday Integration Bootcamp (Tirana)

The Bootcamp is a 2-day, on-site experience in Tirana where participants work on real business and integration cases in a hands-on, team-based format. You’ll collaborate, solve practical challenges, and present your solutions, while getting a feel for Workday integration work and Deloitte’s project environment.

🧠 What you will do during Bootcamp

Work on real-life integration and business cases
Solve hands-on technical challenges
Collaborate in team-based exercises
Present solutions and ideas
Get exposure to Workday and Deloitte’s way of working

🔍 What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and a learning mindset
Interest in consulting and HR/enterprise technology environments
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2+ years experience in software development, integrations, or XML technologies
Experience with OOP languages (Java, C#, Python)
Exposure to Workday or similar platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Salesforce)
Understanding of APIs, web services, middleware, and cloud integrations
Strong troubleshooting and data analysis skills
Good command of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to support/lead workshops and client meetings
Independent, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
Strong ownership, accountability, and teamwork mindset
Fluent English and ability to work in fast-paced environments

Your future role

Support or lead Workday implementation, optimization, and operational projects
Act as a functional point of contact for end-users (errors, data issues, configuration questions)
Assist in designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday solutions
Gather and document business requirements together with senior consultants
Map business processes and translate them into system configurations
Advise clients on best practices and functional design approaches
Participate in workshops, demos, and client presentations
Communicate project updates, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international setup
Continuously grow your expertise in Workday and consulting
