Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
  • Workday professional who will deliver not only technology, but will collaborate with the clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contribute to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and apply Workday and Deloitte methodologies
  • Readiness to lead individually Workday HCM Core and Security deployments including responsibilities described above
  • 3+ hands-on configuration experience of Workday HCM Core and implementation experience (at least 2 end to end cycles)
  • Advanced knowledge of Workday's deployment methodologies
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, advisory, and project management skills
  • Excelling in working in fast, dynamic, changing environment,  effectively working under time pressure
  • Adapting quickly to new requirements, different client needs and new challenges
  • Excellent time and work management
  • Self-learner and a team player
  • Workday certifications will be a plus
  • Experience in deployment/configuration of any other Workday HCM modules will be a plus
  • Fluent English
  • Knowledge of Polish Labor code and applying it to Workday HCM Core functional requirements will be a plus
Your future role
  • Lead end to end implementation of HCM Core module and security streams for Deloitte clients of different size and complexity (including all of the elements: solutioning and design of in scope business processes and functionalities, advising on best practices of business process design, configuring proof of concepts and solutions in Workday tenant, testing and defect fixing, deployment of accepted solution to the Production environment, planning and executing work in your stream for you and any supporting consultants according to appropriate methodology - Launch or Your way, guide the client through the milestones of Workday project)
  • Engage in pre-sales activities to prepare and run demonstrations and discovery sessions for prospect clients of Workday HCM Core and Security 
  • Develop and share HCM Core and Security knowledge and expertise within the Deloitte CE Workday practice, ensuring being up-to-speed with current functionality, AI additions as well best practices on HCM Core process design
  • Effectively support both local and international clients in their journeys of implementing, optimizing or extending their HR Technology environments
  • Facilitate and take a lead in the discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
  • Actively support innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets
