🎯 What we expect from you:

4+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity area, including knowledge of cyber security governance and/or compliance in the area of Cyber Detect & Response (SOC, Vulnerability management, Incident Response).
Proven technical expertise in IT security domains (preferred areas: SOC Design/Build/Operate, Vulnerability management, Threat Hunting, Incident Response).
Experience in conducting Cyber Security Assessments and Leading Projects across organizational boundaries.
Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels, with proven interpersonal skills and relationship-building experience.
Commercial awareness and business acumen, with a focus on understanding cyber risks to business processes and technology.
One of certifications (CISM, CISSP, CISA, CEH, ISO 27001, SANS) would be an advantage.
Fluency in English and residency in EU.

Your future role

Managing projects in Cyber Security Detect & Response Strategy, Governance, and Transformation, both locally and in international team settings.
Identifying client challenges and expectations.
Building and leading a team, providing guidance and serving as the primary contact for clients.
Developing and executing cybersecurity strategies, engaging with clients to identify opportunities and drive sales growth.
Leading client workshops and discussions, assessing their current state and defining strategies for cyber improvement.
Presenting project results to clients, including C-Level stakeholders, and manage engagement quality, risk, and economics.
Developing market-oriented services and represent Deloitte at industry events to strengthen market presence.
