Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • Supportive & Friendly: You provide exceptional support while maintaining a friendly demeanor, demonstrating accuracy, flexibility, and tact in all interactions.
  • Multitasking Ability: You excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Administrative Proficiency: You assist with invoicing, ensure the reception area and associated areas are kept in excellent order, help schedule conference rooms, and support meeting setup.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Lithuanian is required, alongside strong IT literacy skills.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You possess excellent communication abilities, enabling you to interact effectively with employees, guests, and partners at all levels. You are discrete, with a solid sense of responsibility.

Your future role
  • Managing incoming/outgoing calls & information flow;
  • Greeting guests upon arrival and helping them connect with the person they are meeting;
  • Helping with invoicing;
  • Paying particular attention to client care and ensure that all visitors receive the highest quality of service and attention;
  • Ensuring full ownership of the reception and all associated areas, making sure that they are kept in the best possible order at all times;
  • Assisting in conference room scheduling as needed, helping with meeting setup;
  • Providing all administrative support duties and help with the arrangement of personal requests;
  • Assisting with event planning and other miscellaneous projects as they come up;
  • Maintaining office facilities.
