Who we are looking for

✔ Do you have experience leading AI & Data initiatives and helping financial institutions unlock business value through technology?

✔ Are you passionate about consulting, shaping AI strategy, and driving transformation from a client-facing position rather than coding?

What do we expect from you?

5+ years in consulting or AI/analytics strategy roles (FSI experience strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of financial sector challenges and opportunities with focus on their solution through technology (AI, Data Science, Machine Learning etc.)
Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions and communicate with senior stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing delivery.
Excellent presentation and client engagement skills.
English fluency (German is an advantage).
EU passport (business travel possible) - the role is based in Budapest, Hungary

Your future role

Shape AI strategy and operating models for leading FSI clients accros Central Europe.
Define use cases and success metrics, oversee delivery, and ensure business impact.
Act as a trusted advisor on AI adoption, governance, and transformation.
Work in an international consulting environment with opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
