Who we are looking for

You’ll lead a talented onsite team of AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Architects, helping transform AI concepts into scalable, compliant, production-grade systems.

Alongside people leadership, you’ll actively design and implement AI solutions, ensuring high standards of scalability, observability, and security.

You’ll work in an agile, collaborative environment that values engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous learning!

🛠️ What you bring

Proven experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring technical teams
Strong technical background in Python (preferred) or Java
Solid understanding of software engineering principles
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and tools like Jira
Hands-on experience with Generative AI / multi-agent frameworks (e.g. LangChain, CrewAI)
Familiarity with SAP AI Core and SAP BTP
Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) and microservices
Fluent English and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

Your future role

👥 Lead and mentor an engineering team, driving execution of state-of-the-art AI use cases
Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions
Design, build, and deploy AI & GenAI solutions from PoC to enterprise production
Develop and integrate multi-agent and LLM-based systems
📈 Ensure reliability, observability, and compliance of deployed AI solutions
🌱 Coach junior colleagues and promote AI engineering best practices
🔄 Build and maintain data pipelines and model deployment workflows
🚢 Implement CI/CD and MLOps practices for automated training and deployment
