Who we are looking for

✔ Do you have 2+ years of hands-on experience in the field of Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML)?
✔ Are you a proactive consultant who thrives on taking ownership and delivering impactful solutions for clients?
✔ Do you excel in project management, with a sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving that ensures success?

Join our Cyber Stategy Team and take the lead on security assessments, risk evaluations, and cybersecurity consulting projects. If you’re motivated by continuous learning and can work both independently and as part of an expert team, we’d love to hear from you! 🚀

🎯 What we expect from you:

2+ years of experience in the field of Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML).
Basic understanding of IT security related matters and regulatory compliance matters.
Strong project management skills with a focus on cybersecurity assessments.
Excellent communication skills in English, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Critical thinker with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing needs.
Degree in Business, Informatics, IT, or a related field.
EU residency.

Nice to have:

Experience in IT consulting or risk management, and familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001 or COBIT, with relevant certifications (CISA, CISM).

Your future role

AI risk and security consulting, maturity assessments, risk analyses, quality assurance.
AI compliance and control reviews.
AI governance projects (e.g. preparing AI strategy, AI related policies and procedures, AI RACI, AI trainings).
Participation in regional and European level AI projects as an expert in risk, compliance and security expert.
