Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are building a cloud architecture practice in Hungary to support clients migrating and modernizing core infrastructure on AWS.

We are looking for experienced architects who can design secure and scalable cloud solutions, lead architecture engagements, and work closely with client stakeholders and engineering teams to turn cloud strategies into operational platforms.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering secure, scalable AWS cloud solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, infrastructure, networking, security, automation, and cloud-native services.
  • Experience leading cloud migration, modernization, or transformation initiatives.
  • Ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical cloud architectures.
  • Experience working with senior business, technology, architecture, and security stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead client workshops, architecture discussions, and technical decision-making.
  • Experience guiding engineering teams and overseeing delivery from architecture through implementation.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills in a consulting or client-facing environment.
  • Fluency in English and Hungarian.
  • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Hungary.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud governance, operating models, and migration strategies.
  • Broader architecture experience across integration, data, cybersecurity, or application modernization.
  • AWS certification or another relevant cloud architecture credential.
  • German at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
Your future role
  • Design and evolve AWS-based cloud platforms and infrastructure environments.
  • Support cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Work with client architecture, engineering and security teams to define practical cloud solutions.
  • Contribute to platform design across networking, identity, security, automation and operational foundations.
  • Help establish architecture standards, reusable patterns and engineering best practices.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into scalable and secure AWS solutions.
  • Support architecture discussions with client stakeholders and delivery teams.
