Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the following:
Knowledge / Experience:

  • Professionalism in communication (in Croatian and English language)
  • Experience and very good command of Microsoft Office package
  • Proactivity and multitasking
  • Discipline and meticulousness in the implementation of complex internal procedures

Personal Characteristics:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
  • An adaptable and flexible approach
  • Good organization and problem-solving skills
  • Reliability and discretion
  • Positive attitude

Education and experience

-       University graduate is advantage, but not mandatory.

-       We are ready to give an opportunity to a person with a strong desire to work, the ability to master new skills and meticulousness in performing tasks

Language knowledge

  • English
  • Croatian

Your future role

Administrative support to Croatian Partners, Directors and Managers within Tax department, which includes:

  • Handling various administrative tasks
  • Recording and updating information in various systems and databases; drafting reports
  • Keeping track of contracts and files/archive old files and corporate documents
  • Planning and organizing various events (internal meetings, conferences, training sessions, team events…)
  • Liaising with various third parties (authorities, couriers, vendors, clients...)
  • Travel arrangements (flight tickets, hotel reservation, taxi, meeting rooms, registration…)
  • Information search (intranet or telephoning)

Other administrative work

  • Cooperation with colleagues from other departments and offices
  • Monitoring the balance and ordering consumables of office supplies
  • Fast, friendly and professional reporting through communication channels

  • We would be glad if:

  • You are not afraid of daily challenges and can effectively organize tasks and time.
  • Previous experience in an administrative position in an office environment is an advantage.You have an intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
