You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Hold a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, with a strong academic track record.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles and can apply that knowledge to identify trends, anomalies, and key business drivers.
  • Are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets, prepare structured analyses, and present insights clearly and professionally.
  • Possess strong analytical skills, with problem-solving and a critical eye for detail.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form, including in client-facing and team settings.
  • Are fully proficient in English (written and spoken); additional languages are considered an asset.
Your future role

As a Junior Associate in our Transaction Support practice, you will be part of a team advising clients across a range of M&A transactions. You will work directly on engagements, gaining hands-on exposure to the full deal process while building a strong technical foundation in financial due diligence.📝💡

  • Support the execution of financial due diligence engagements and transaction-related assignments.
  • Analyze financial statements, identify key trends, and assess business performance and risks.
  • Prepare and maintain working files, including data packs, analyses, and supporting documentation.
  • Contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Work closely with senior team members and collaborate across service lines when required.
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines, maintaining high-quality standards.
