Who we are looking for

We are looking for motivated students to join our Transaction Services team for a practical experience within Advisory. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to financial analysis and transaction-related projects.

We are looking for candidates with:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
Very good Romanian and English skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Entrepreneurial mindset, combined with strong team spirit

Your future role

Support the team in financial analysis and due diligence processes
Analyze businesses to identify key drivers of financial performance
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for Managers and clients
Collaborate with team members on various transaction-related assignments
