Who we are looking for

For the No-Code Lab, we are looking for candidates eager to develop skills on Creatio - a CRM No-Code platform, contribute to application development, and learn about innovative technologies. This is a chance to get to know us and experience what it means to be involved in IT projects within a consulting company.

Our trainers will guide you through working with the Creatio platform, covering configuration, process modeling, project delivery and business analysis.

Participation in the No-Code Lab lasts 2 weeks 🚀

10 working days (40 hours per week) – we welcome you to join us in Tirana (with some days conducted online)
Dates: 13/11 - 26/11/2024

After completing the training, all participants will acquire the essential knowledge and skills to transition into technology consulting, backed by certification 🌟.

👥 Who we are looking for:

professionals with at least 1 year of work experience (IT experience not required!),
talented individuals with a minimum bachelor’s degree,
English proficiency at a communicative level (B2 or higher) with active usage,
full-time availability, especially for potential long-term employment after the Lab,
quick learners with or without previous technology or consulting background who are open to change their career path,
those with a client-focused mindset and strong presentation and communication skills,
candidates interested in continuing their career with Deloitte Digital after the Lab,
previous experience with IT systems or technology projects is an advantage but is not required.

Your future role

you’ll be a no-code consultant, creating applications on the Creatio platform.
you’ll gain insights into how IT is used in business.
you’ll apply practical knowledge of global IT solutions and combine it with academic theory.
you’ll learn what it means to be a business analyst who can tailor technology to client needs.

What we offer

We offer a 2-week learning journey with salary compensation. During this time, you’ll build knowledge of IT projects and develop practical skills, and hopefully pass Creatio certificate free of charge. After the Lab, the top candidates who enjoy our work culture and impress us with their final presentations will be offered a job position at Deloitte Digital and will work closely with  Aleksander Pruziński, Bogna Michalak, Joanna Komorowska, Joanna Świercz and Olaf Puchalski.

Attending the Creatio training gives you the chance to explore the no-code platform and experience life as a consultant delivering CRM application. Completing the training opens doors to a career in no-code development.
