Who we are looking for

Are you energized by turning finance logic into planning models? Do you like moving between data preparation, model design and caring about public value by helping EU institutions plan smarter? If so, we want you to be part of our journey! 🌍

As an Anaplan Consultant, you will play a key role in driving business transformation by translating business needs into clean Anaplan designs, realizing value by building customized solutions and delivering actionable insights that empower EU institutions to meet their strategic goals.

🎯 What we expect from you:

Must-have

Anaplan
curiosity and openness, comfort with ambiguity, structured problem-solving, crisp communication and stakeholder handling, teamwork, clear and concise documentation.
you demonstrate an interest in the European Union and their Institutions and want to take part in their further development.
background or general knowledge of business finance and finance processes (e.g. FP&A, controlling, management accounting, etc.).
strong Excel; disciplined modeling; ability to reason about data flows and constraints.
strong English; confident in international, client-facing settings.
ideally in Economic / Finance studies or Computer Science/Information Technology.

Nice-to-have

Anaplan Level 1 or 2 (preferable); familiarity with The Anaplan Way.
driver-based models, approvals/workflows.
exposure to BI (Power BI/Tableau); Oracle; understanding how ERP (e.g., SAP S/4) structures finance data relevant to planning.

Your future role

You will apply your technology experience (Anaplan, Data, BI) in the context of finance domain and industry foresight to get involved in projects on important challenges within EU institutions. You will use your superb analytical skills to participate in variety of transformational project to help the EU institutions fulfill their mission and objectives.

* translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into sophisticated Anaplan multi-dimensional models by partnering with client’s stakeholders
* build and/or modify existing Anaplan models as part of a connected solution, optimization, to incorporate new functionality or to integrate with other systems

* participate in UAT testing and deployment
* collaborating with clients throughout the entire project lifecycle— from business and data understanding to modeling, evaluation, and deployment
* working closely with subject matter experts and technical consultants to deliver high-quality solutions for clients.
