• Proven analytical skills and problem solving

• 2 years work experience in audit, investment banking or finance
• University degree in Finance, accounting or related

• Contribute to the delivery of financial M&A transaction services/engagements, including:
• Work in a collaborative team and support in performing researches and analyses of various industries, markets and companies;
• Assist senior members of the team in processing raw data and analyses of financial and accounting information, and in the developing of financial models;
• Contribute to the drafting of presentation materials for clients, pitches, due diligence, teasers and other reports;
• Cooperates with peers within other practice areas of Deloitte;
• Engages in various networking activities and build relationships.
