We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our client as Associate Strategy Analyst to support the CTO COO. In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of strategic projects, working closely with senior stakeholders, including the CTO Chief of Staff and CIO Exco. You will bring essential consulting skills, your analytical abilities, and contribute directly to the success of our client.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines preferred).
• 1-2 years of experience in a consulting or analytical role, or a recent graduate with relevant internship experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex problems and develop logical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint and a strong aptitude for learning new data analysis tools (e.g., Alteryx).
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. 
  

• Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, conducting research, analysing data, and developing compelling presentations for senior leadership.
• Contribute to the creation of high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and business cases, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and impactful storytelling.
• Develop a strong understanding of financial concepts and their application in business case development and strategic decision-making.
• Leverage data analysis tools, such as Excel and Alteryx, to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
