Who we are looking for
✅ What You’ll Bring to the Role
  • At least 5 years of experience in project leadership, auditing, business analysis, and team management.
  • Potential and capability to expand the assurance service line
  • A solid understanding of professional standards.
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and team development skills.
  • Experience in managing project timelines and resource budgets.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

⭐ Nice to Have
  • Demonstrated leadership in developing teams and managing complex audits.
  • Experience auditing international group entities.
  • Financial services industry experience.
  • Big 4 audit exposure.
  • Holding or pursuing ACCA or Lithuanian Statutory Auditor certification.
  • A positive, change-oriented mindset with a drive to improve systems and outcomes.

Your future role
🌟 Your Role at a Glance

You will:
  • Manage and grow a client portfolio, offering assurance and audit related services under ISA (ISRS 4400, ISAE 3000, etc.) and provide other valuable insights to business (controls verification engagements, efficiency improvement projects, etc.)
  • Apply your in-depth knowledge of audit and audit related services methodology to meet clients’ needs and guide your team’s focus and approach.
  • Lead audit and assurance assignments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll oversee planning, review deliverables, and monitor task execution.
  • Foster strong client relationships, keeping clients informed of project progress, resolving concerns proactively, and advising your team to ensure deadlines and expectations are met.
  • Uphold Deloitte quality standards and risk management policies, ensuring compliance throughout every engagement.
  • Drive high team performance by providing leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support.
  • Stay updated with changes in industry regulations, standards, and market trends, continually enhancing your professional qualifications.
  • Understand client needs beyond audit and connect them with other relevant service areas within the firm.
