Who we are looking for


We are seeking a talented and experienced Azure Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team.
As an Azure Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing cloud solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for leading technical teams, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality Azure-based solutions that meet business requirements.


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in cloud solutions architecture, 
  • At least 3 years focused on Microsoft Azure
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Azure services, including PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS solutions
  • Extensive experience in developing .NET applications, including latest versions of the framework
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-native architectures
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing stakeholder relationships
  • Strong understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
  • Experience with API design and management
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Bicep, and setupping CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in English at a C1 level 
  • EU passport

Nice to have:

  • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent
  • Experience with event-driven architectures and modern architectural patterns
  • Additional Azure certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe framework
  • Experience in mentoring and developing team members

Your future role


  • Lead the technical design and architecture of complex Azure-based solutions
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to create optimal cloud architecture designs
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications
  • Create and maintain technical backlog, architecture decision record
  • Conduct code reviews, select appropriate coding and architectural patterns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper implementation of designed solutions
  • Develop and maintain cloud adoption strategies and technical roadmaps
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to a development team
  • Ensure security and compliance requirements are met in all solution designs
  • Create and present proof of concepts (PoC) for proposed solutions
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and present technical solutions
  • Participate in pre-sales activities and solution estimation
  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs and performance
  • Stay current with the latest Azure services and cloud computing trends
