Popis práce a požiadavky

Who we are looking for
5 years of commercial experience in a Business Analyst role (mandatory);
You are able to challenge the scope and priorities of a product team to ensure the right business value is being delivered;
You have practical experience with practices such as Three Amigos, Pairing, optimizing for flow / Theory of Constraints, team learning through retrospectives and other activities that drive continuous improvements;
You have experience working in complex technology stacks including Cloud, COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) packages, legacy systems, etc.;
You are able to identify and communicate cross-domain dependencies and the impacts new initiatives have on the domain and product team;
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with client stakeholders regarding the implementation of changes;
You have Agile Delivery methodologies knowledge and maybe a bit of understanding of SAFe;
You are knowledgeable of various management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Trello, and other Agile Tools to help manage the backlog and the product delivery;
And finally, you have experience in collaborating with geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have:
Understanding of Continuous Delivery practices;
Understanding of integration patterns;
Understanding of different architectural styles including Microservice Architectures and Event Driven Architectures;
User oriented techniques such as Story Mapping.

Your future role
You will work closely with clients, Technical Leads, and Product Owners to identify the best-in-class solution to fit client's needs and detail business and technical requirements to meet the identified solution;
You will lead the elicitation of business, technical, and operational requirements and modeling activities in a complex domain; 
You will plan small/medium backlogs of requirements across vendors/3rd parties and ensure the scope is well understood by everyone in the Scrum delivery team;
You will be working with delivery teams to plan, prioritize and estimate work;
You will facilitate communication of key development insights and findings to delivery teams and remove impediments;
You will facilitate workshops to identify requirement gaps and interdependencies between backlog items;
