Who we are looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual who possesses a deep understanding of AI capabilities and a keen ability to think laterally.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment driven by rapid advancements in AI technology.
You should be adept at interacting with key stakeholders across the EF business to gather and understand requirements.
Your passion for translating complex processes into actionable designs and documentation will be essential for driving innovation and value within our team.
Your influence will be pivotal in shaping the future of our AI initiatives within the organization.
Your future role
  • Collaborate across the EF business, engaging with key stakeholders to comprehend their requirements.
  • Develop technical 'as is' process flows and identify core value steps where Gen AI, AI, and Agentic technologies can be applied.
  • Transform insights into a 'to-be' design by partnering with our Service Design team.
  • Work alongside technical and Service Design teams to establish MVP requirements that deliver the highest value.
  • Craft and refine user stories in alignment with wireframes produced by the UX team, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Facilitate the approval process of user stories within the business landscape.
  • Exhibit adaptability within an environment characterized by rapid technological evolution.
  • Demonstrate lateral thinking in your approach to understanding and leveraging AI capabilities.
  • Define end-to-end processes and create documentation essential for discovery sessions.
