📊 Business Intelligence Analyst (Power BI)

As part of our growing Data & Analytics team, you'll work on exciting international projects, build impactful dashboards, and help clients make informed, data-driven decisions.

🎯 What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting
Strong SQL skills and experience working with data analysis
Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development
Good understanding of data modeling and relational databases
Experience with DAX, KPIs, and business performance reporting
Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Very good written and spoken English

⭐ Nice to Have

Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
Basic Python skills for data analysis or automation
Relevant BI certifications (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

Your future role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will:

✅ Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

✅ Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business goals.

✅ Create and optimize data models, measures, and visualizations in Power BI.

✅ Develop KPI frameworks and performance monitoring solutions.

✅ Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality.

✅ Support reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

✅ Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to improve data availability and quality.

✅ Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.

✅ Continuously expand your expertise in modern BI and analytics technologies.
