🔍 Who are we looking for?

  • A bold, strategic mind with the ability to navigate complexity, influence stakeholders, and lead with clarity and purpose. You’re someone who sees the bigger picture and isn’t afraid to dive into the details when needed
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business transformation, enterprise architecture, or strategic consulting.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation programs, including system integrations and operating model redesign.
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Senior-level consulting experience or equivalent internal leadership in large enterprises.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise business architecture and transformation frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, Business Capability Models).
  • Deep understanding of transformation methodologies, strategic planning, and change management.
  • Experience working with or within system integrators on complex multi-year programs.
  • Sector specialization in one or more industries (e.g., financial services, manufacturing, energy, public sector).
  • Outstanding client-facing and stakeholder management skills with executive presence.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights and transformation plans.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing competing priorities.


Your future role
🚀 As a Business Transformation Architect, you will take a leadership role in shaping and delivering complex transformation programs for large enterprises. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy, enterprise architecture, and change delivery, you will work with C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define and implement end-to-end transformation roadmaps that drive measurable business value.

You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them align their business objectives with operating models, processes, and enabling technologies. Your expertise will be critical in delivering system integration programs, enterprise-wide change, and future-ready architectures across key industry sectors.

  • Lead transformation initiatives from strategy through execution
  • Define enterprise business architecture and future operating models
  • Drive complex system integration projects focused on business value
  • Engage with C-level executives to shape transformation strategies
  • Guide cross-functional teams through program design and delivery
  • Apply best-in-class methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, BPMN, Agile, Lean)
  • Act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring full alignment
  • Lead industry-specific transformation programs using sector expertise
  • Design tailored solutions leveraging the full capabilities of Deloitte
