Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Confident in dispute resolution and stakeholder management
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Genuine interest in learning new IT systems and processes
Problem-solving, flexible, and inquisitive mindset
Proactive, accountable approach to managing own performance
Comfortable working in diverse, inclusive teams
Committed to growing a long-term career at Deloitte
Willing and able to travel

Nice to have:

Prior experience implementing software or CLM tools
Agile/Scrum certification
Additional foreign language skills (German preferred)

Your future role

Support end-to-end implementations of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software
Ensure the CLM implementation methodology is followed within agreed scope, schedule, and effort
Gather client requirements for CLM functionalities and configure them in the chosen tool
Apply strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills to keep project workflows on track
Document recommendations, requirements, design, configurations, and test scripts/results
Act as the link between design, technical teams, and clients on issue resolution and tool configuration
Deliver training, workshops, and guidance to CLM end-users
Support the Project/Program Manager in hitting milestones and managing dependencies
