Popis práce a požiadavky

Who we are looking for
  • Completed studies in Business Administration, (Business-) Information Technology, or similar field of study, or a comparable education with relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in the application administration and process design of CRM systems, ideally with Salesforce.com; Certifications are an advantage.
  • Familiarity with agile working methods and experiences using Azure DevOps is a plus.
  • Theoretical and practical experience in test management, particularly in conducting user acceptance tests.
  • Expertise in coordinating between business stakeholders and developers for design and implementation of requirements.
  • Hands-on mentality, coupled with the willingness to learn new topics and applications.
  • Proactive working style and strong problem-solving skills.
  • High degree of teamwork, responsibility, and communication skills.
  • Good and clear communication in both written and spoken German and Englisch.
Your future role
  • Expertise: You analyze the requirements of our internal stakeholders, develop solution approaches and play a key role in the continuous improvement of our CRM system.
  • Agile implementation: Within your team, you are responsible for test management and ensure the smooth execution of releases.
  • Communication: As an expert, you act as the interface and point of contact for our internal colleagues.
  • Optimization: Together with colleagues from the competence Center Team, you support 3rd Level support and coordinate our international CRM development teams.
  • Variety of tasks: Your daily work is very diverse and exciting tasks are constantly added.
