Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an experienced Total Rewards Senior Manager to join our regional Talent team and lead the design, governance, and continuous evolution of our Total Rewards agenda across Central Europe.
This is a regional, strategic role with strong exposure to senior leadership and close collaboration with local HR teams, Finance, and business leaders. You will shape reward strategy, ensure consistency and compliance across markets, and enable high-quality reward conversations that support business growth and employee experience.


What You Bring
  • Proven experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits at Senior Manager level or equivalent, ideally in a regional or international environment;
  • Strong understanding of reward strategy, compensation cycles, pay transparency, and regulatory frameworks;
  • Experience in stakeholder management within complex, matrix organizations;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations;
  • Confidence working with senior leaders and influencing at regional level;
  • Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with high attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional CE languages are a plus);

Your future role
Key Responsibilities

Regional Total Rewards Strategy & Governance
  • Design and evolve the CE Total Rewards strategy, aligned with business objectives, EVP, and Talent priorities;
  • Establish clear governance, frameworks, and standards to ensure consistency and fairness across countries and business units;
  • Act as the regional subject-matter expert on compensation, benefits, and recognition topics.

Compensation Cycles & Programs
  • Own and continuously improve annual compensation review, promotion, and pay increase frameworks across CE;
  • Define regional compensation guidelines and manage the reward calendar;
  • Oversee regional enablement tools (e.g. compensation review applications) and ensure effective adoption.

Pay Transparency, Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure alignment with local and European legislation, including pay transparency and equal pay requirements;
  • Translate regulatory requirements into practical, business-ready frameworks;
  • Proactively identify and mitigate reward-related risks at regional level.

Market Insights, Analytics & Cost Modelling
  • Lead pay benchmarking, market analysis, and reward cost modelling at regional level;
  • Partner with Finance and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality insights for leadership decision-making;
  • Support mandatory and ad-hoc reward reporting (e.g. gender pay, equal pay analysis).

Stakeholder Management & Enablement
  • Partner closely with senior HRBPs to support complex reward discussions with the business;
  • Provide guidance and coaching to build reward capability across the region;
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to drive value and ROI at CE level;
  • Manage team of Total Reward Experts.
