Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are currently looking for Consultant and Senior Consultant colleagues in the field of R&D and State Aid advisory.

Join our dynamically growing, market-leading advisory team, uniquely positioned on the Hungarian market by combining a wide range of professional areas and focusing on solving complex challenges!

We are looking for you, if:
  • You hold a degree in Economics, International Studies, or EU-related fields
  • You have 1–2 years (Consultant) or 3–6 years (Senior Consultant) of relevant experience in R&D, State Aid, or government policy advisory
  • You communicate confidently in Hungarian and English
  • You are goal-oriented, detail-focused, and enjoy working both independently and in a team
Nice to have:
  • Experience with EU funding
  • Background in consulting
  • Legal degree
Your future role
  • Developing funding strategies for corporate clients within Hungarian and EU subsidy programs
  • Preparing and coordinating grant applications and supporting documentation
  • Analysing state aid-related legal and regulatory questions
  • Participating in innovative, complex and tailor-made client projects
  • Providing R&D advisory services related to tax incentives and funding opportunities for corporate clients
  • Leading client meetings and calls with senior corporate decision-makers and start-ups
  • Coordinating and supporting the professional development of junior team members
  • Creating and sharing knowledge in collaboration with Deloitte European offices
