What you bring:
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field with a tech/analytics focus.
  • 3-5 years of experience building or optimizing cloud-based lakehouse platforms with Databricks.
  • Practical experience with Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Workflows, Databricks SQL, and Notebooks.
  • Experience with Azure-based deployments of Databricks (other clouds are a plus).
  • Strong Python programming skills, alongside solid SQL and Apache Spark proficiency.
  • Experience working with ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and data lakes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools like Git, Terraform, and related CI/CD practices.
  • Databricks certifications (Data Engineer, Apache Spark Developer) are a strong plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal is a must!
  • EU passport - you may have business trips within the EU

Your future role
  • Design cloud-native data platforms using Databricks, including data lakes, lakehouses, and transformation pipelines.
  • Implement and fine-tune Databricks solutions across ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data integration domains.
  • Apply cloud and data governance best practices to ensure security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with clients from project scoping to deployment—ensuring business value at every stage.
  • Contribute to proposals and support strategic business development initiatives.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with Databricks features and guide internal teams and clients on the latest capabilities.
