• A foundational understanding of how web, content, and SEO intersect within digital ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, web analytics and SEO tools, with the ability to draw out patterns, insights, and opportunities
• Passion and experience in building prototypes (even no-code/low-code) using automation or AI-based tooling relevant to content and SEO (e.g., GPT-based agents, web scraping, browser automation)
• A "vibe-coder" mindset—proactive, curious, and eager to build fast, test boldly, and iterate purposefully
• Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to work across tech, marketing, and strategy functions
• Comfort in translating technical experiments into business-aligned insights or next steps
As a Digital Content & Web Experience Technologist, you will:
• Contribute to content and SEO advisory projects by supporting audits, research, and performance analysis
• Execute structured audits across content quality, structure, taxonomy, and SEO health using tools like GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Adobe Analytics
• Collaborate with content strategists to turn audit findings into opportunity maps and actionable improvements
• Prototype and test solutions to streamline content & web operations, SEO workflows, reporting, and enrichment (e.g., by using n8n, Make, Zapier)
• Build AI-enhanced utilities or accelerators for tasks like auto-tagging, clustering, migration mapping, content & SEO scoring, or metadata quality checks
• Communicate technical solutions clearly and simply to cross-functional and non-technical stakeholders
• Actively scan the landscape of emerging technologies across content, AI, and automation—and propose ideas worth testing
• Contribute to internal accelerators, reusable assets, and innovation initiatives within the team
