Who we are looking for

As a Digital Transformation Manager in Deloitte Prague, you will help organizations navigate transformative digital journeys by adopting cutting-edge technologies and aligning business processes with strategic objectives. Your focus will include delivering tailored solutions to clients in various key sectors, driving operational efficiency, and fostering organizational innovation.

Your future role
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Consulting & Client Engagement
  • Collaborate with clients across industries to develop digital transformation strategies and solutions suited to their market conditions and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, assisting them in identifying opportunities for technology adoption and operational enhancements.
  • Leverage technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Data Analytics for creating pragmatic transformation frameworks.
Strategy Development
  • Help define digital transformation roadmaps and execution plans for improving business performance and customer experience.
  • Identify industry trends aligned with business priorities and suggest solutions for improving enterprise agility and operational efficiency where required.
Program & Project Leadership
  • Direct multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex digital transformation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Oversee risk management, communication, and compliance metrics to enable successful project outcomes.
Change Management
  • Support organizational change adoption efforts by designing tailored transition strategies specific to the Czech market dynamics.
  • Develop materials to facilitate training, stakeholder communication, and the adoption of new systems/processes where needed.
Market Innovation & Thought Leadership
  • Drive thought leadership efforts around digital transformation within the Czech Republic and broader European markets.
  • Represent Deloitte Prague in seminars, panels, and networking opportunities to build client and market credibility where applicable.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (required).
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent (preferred, particularly from European institutes).
Experience Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience managing digital transformation initiatives within consulting or industry environments.
  • Previous experience within EU markets and Big 4 firms or/and global consulting firms.
Skills & Competencies
  • Strategic Leadership: Adequate skills in driving client transformation initiatives and aligning enterprise-wide objectives.
  • Technological Expertise: Practical knowledge of platforms like SAP, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce, or relevant Czech technologies.
  • Project Management: Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies, program delivery, and best-fit process modeling.
  • Communication: Effective relationship-building skills with strong Czech/English bilingual capabilities where demanded.
Certifications (Preferred):
Certifications such as PMP, Agile Professional, or advanced Digital Transformation credentials are a plus.
