🎯 What We Expect from You:
  • Strong focus on Process Improvement and Harmonization.
  • Deep understanding of Record-to-Report (R2R) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) and related Finance processes
  • Leading experience in Process Transformation and ERP implementation initiatives, including process design, testing scope definition and business readiness preparation
  • Experience in transforming complex requirements into actionable process design decisions
  • Ability to lead workshops, manage key client executives and drive cross-functional alignment
  • Ability to prepare fit-to-standard and functional documentation
  • Experience with the SAP Finance (FI) module
  • Excellent English communication skills, analytical mindset and eagerness to learn.
📍 Residency in Czechia and a valid work permit are required.

Your future role
You’ll help our clients navigate large-scale transformation programs, driving digital innovation across their financial operations.

  • Deliver Finance Transformation initiatives across full project cycle
  • Collect and analyze business requirements and design optimized “To-Be” processes
  • Lead client workshops on process design, best practices, and solution architecture
  • Document process design decisions in line with client needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with Deloitte methodologies
  • Support practice development and contribute to internal capability growth.

Selection process
  1. Prescreening Call with Recruiter (This call will help us understand your initial interest and qualifications).
  2. Interview with Team Member/Hiring Manager (To delve deeper into your skills and experiences. You will have the opportunity to discuss the role in more detail and understand how you might fit into the team).
  3. Interview with Hiring Manager/Partner (This final interview will focus on aligning your goals with the company’s objectives and evaluating your potential impact on the organization).
