Who we are looking for

Our Financial Advisory Services function is a regionally recognized leader in the field of corporate finance and M&A advisory, valuation and transaction support services – and now hiring ambitious candidates for all of our service lines (Corporate finance/PMI/ Transaction services /Valuation&Modeling).

Join our team of financial advisory experts, if you meet the following criteria:

University or College degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar field, preferably in Transaction Services (due diligence)
Strong accounting background
Fluency in Hungarian and English
Outstanding IT literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand and solve complex tasks
Self- motivated, and confident personality

Your future role

Assume responsibility for specific projects in due diligences
Analyzing business to identify key drivers of financial performance
Prepare reports on findings
Ensure high-quality output and timely execution of M&A projects
Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that deliverables meet work plan
