Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics is required
At least 3-5 years of experience on similar position in dynamic environment
Native Hungarian and a very good command of written and spoken English are essential
Organized person with analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to understand business issues, draw conclusions and work under time pressure
Orientation on customer service, professional behavior, strong communication skills
Quality awareness, desire to identify, prioritize and maintain standards in order to meet stakeholders’ demands
Strong systems experience (BI preferable) and knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Recognized accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or other relevant qualification will be an asset

Your future role

Support business decisions through undertaking financial projections and simulations for ad-hoc projects.
Drive and manage revenue and related expense reporting processes. Ensure control, accuracy and timely delivery of figures and reports.
Participate in forecasting and annual budgeting processes. Investigate variances from established budget and their reasons.
Actively drive working capital management and timely billing.
Closely cooperate with Accounting Department in terms of preparation monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts. Play the role of intermediary and ensure interface between business and accounting.
Training of management teams in financial management responsibilities and tools.
Propose and participate in developing and improving the overall company accounting model, financial systems, procedures and standards.
