Experience building fullstack solutions with Java/Spring and Angular.

Experience as Tech Lead, team lead, or senior developer mentoring others.

Deep understanding of backend architecture, REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native design.

Strong hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
-
Excellent knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and scalable frontend architecture.

Proven track record working in modern Agile environments with distributed teams.

Solid engineering discipline: testing, CI/CD, code quality, documentation.

Strong analytical, architectural, and communication skills.
-
Fluent English and Polish.

Ability to coordinate with international teams and availability until 18:00 CET for client meetings (Canada).
Your future role
As a Fullstack Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our platform and guiding the engineering team. You will:
Technical Leadership
-
Own and drive fullstack technical architecture (Java/Spring + Angular + AWS).

Define coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
-
Lead technical discovery, solution design, and implementation planning.
-
Mentor developers through pairing, coaching, and structured code reviews.
-
Ensure reliability, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability of solutions.
Backend Engineering
-
Design and implement backend logic, RESTful APIs, and microservices in Java & Spring.
-
Build scalable serverless components using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB.
-
Ensure consistent API design and seamless integration patterns across systems.
Frontend Engineering
-
Develop modern Angular applications with reusable components and strong UX focus.
-
Ensure architectural consistency, accessibility, and performance optimization.
-
Oversee efficient integration between UI, backend services, and analytics tools.
Quality, CI/CD, and Documentation
-
Drive test coverage and high engineering standards (JUnit, Angular tests).
-
Oversee CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, Docker, and SonarQube.
-
Maintain complete and clear technical documentation (Swagger/OpenAPI, Confluence).
-
Facilitate structured code reviews and uphold quality expectations across the team.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
-
Act as the primary technical contact for Product Owners, Architects, BA, and QA.
-
Collaborate in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) with distributed international teams.
-
Present technical decisions, risks, and progress during demos and ceremonies.
-
Support onboarding, knowledge-sharing, and team development.
