Who we are looking for
We are seeking an HR Analytics - Workforce Analytics to convert data into insight, strategy, and action, enabling stronger talent and business decisions. You will strengthen workforce science capabilities by improving dashboards, automating reporting, enhancing data governance, and developing predictive analytics.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in workforce analytics, people analytics, HR reporting, business intelligence, or a similar analytical field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into insight and recommendations
  • Experience with dashboards, reporting automation, and data visualization
  • Knowledge of data modelling concepts and statistical methods relevant to business or workforce analysis
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders
  • A curious, proactive, and strategic mindset
  • Experience with HR systems and workforce data is an advantage

Your future role
  • Deliver workforce insights that support strategic decision-making across talent and business priorities
  • Analyze trends, patterns, and workforce data to identify opportunities and inform action
  • Enhance dashboards and reporting through automation, predictive KPIs, and improved user experience
  • Develop impactful visuals and performance insights that help leaders make evidence-based decisions
  • Support the rollout of data governance standards across key HR systems and reporting processes
  • Apply data modelling, transformation logic, and statistical methods to strengthen analytics quality
  • Partner closely with HR teams, Total Reward, leadership, and EXCO to provide a consistent and strategic workforce narrative
  • Contribute to the implementation of predictive analytics and AI-enabled workforce solutions
