Who we are looking for
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR Administration, including a good understanding of the main HR processes and the administrative support required
  • Very good analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of HR information systems (SAP knowledge could be an advantage)
  • With a client-oriented approach, we are operating at a fast pace and do our best to serve our internal clients in the most relevant way.
  • Solid understanding of local employment legislation.
  • Precision, confidentiality, and a structured approach to work.
  • The ability to stay calm, neutral, and people-focused, whether you’re delivering good news or navigating difficult conversations
  • Great command of English
  • Attention to detail and quality focus
  • Team-player attitude
Your future role
  • Hiring and termination of individual labor relationships - monitoring all processes in compliance with local laws and company policies & standards
  • Prepares work-related documentation such as employment contracts, addendums, decisions, and certificates; maintains organized employee files; and manages mandatory reporting to relevant institutions.
  • HR systems maintenance and reporting
  • Collects and verifies monthly payroll inputs, coordinates with payroll provider, and ensures timely and accurate processing
  • Organizes internal events, including team gatherings, celebrations, and seasonal activities such as Christmas parties for kids.
  • Maintaining accuracy of data in the relevant systems
