Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an HR Specialist with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, ideally within an international environment, specializing in financial and professional services.

Based in Vilnius, you will be part of a remote, international Talent team operating in a matrix reporting structure, and your primary focus will be on Lithuania. This is a highly collaborative role requiring close alignment across the Baltic region and Central Europe.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of HR experience in Lithuania.

• Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both verbal and written.

• Good knowledge and hands on experience with Lithuanian Labor Law.

• Previous experience with HRIS, MS Excel, tech savvy and fast learner.

• High precision, accuracy and great attention to detail.

• Analytical skills, with well-developed structure thinking.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership.

Your future role

Support full employee life cycle, from Onboarding to Exit management.
Be responsible for HR Administration, Documentation and collaboration with Finance.
Ensure compliance with Lithuanian Labor Law and internal Deloitte policies.
Support main Talent processes: Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Engagement, etc.
Provide daily support to business and Talent stakeholders.
Collaborate with Talent team on Baltics and CE level.

Salary: EUR 2500 gross/month – 2700 gross/month
Final offer depending on experience, skills, and alignment with internal compensation structure.
