Popis práce a požiadavky

Who we are looking for
  • good knowledge of Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
  • excellent personal and communication skills;
  • demonstrate a willingness to own/solve problems as they arise, but also have the ability to identify issues for referral;
  • positive attitude, with a willingness to provide the highest level of internal and external client service as well as discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role;
  • ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and to prioritize workload, whilst remaining calm and composed;
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently, whilst maintaining contact with colleagues at all levels, including those working remotely;
  • very good English and German skills;
  • experience in Project Management;
  • experience in working with top management;
  • experience in working in international environment, multi-cultural organization;
  • minimum Bachelor's degree;
  • a person with relevant experience in a similar role preferably within a Professional Services environment.
Your future role
  • working collaboratively with other team members as well as other business unities;
  • events and Business Team support;
  • documentation management;
  • resolution of basic queries;
  • preparation of presentations, reports, excel lists, spreadsheets;
  • various internal and external meetings organization;
  • vendor management and support with statements of work for new vendors;
  • project management;
  • invoicing.
