We are looking for an experienced Human Capital professional who combines HR domain expertiseconsulting experience, and strong technology awareness. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic project environments, takes ownership quickly, and feels confident stepping into multiple roles depending on project needs. ⚙️✨

You will play a key role in delivering HR transformation and HRIS implementation projects:
you’ll lead workstreams, act as a subject matter expert, and at times take charge of critical technical areas such as solution validationdata readiness, and system integrity. ✅📊

Our requirements

  • Strong experience in HR consulting / HRIS implementations, combining HR domain knowledge with roles such as project manager, business analyst or workstream lead
  • Hands-on expertise in HCM systems (Workday is preferable) and understanding of the full implementation lifecycle, incl. experience with data migration, reporting, or system validation, testing and QA activities in HRIS projects
  • Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives, including working with data, integrations, and solution testing and validation
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a high level of ownership and reliability

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of data and testing tools (Azure DevOps, Jira)
  • Certifications in HCM systems or project management
  • Team leadership experience
Your future role
  • Deliver and support HR transformation and HRIS implementation projects in various roles depending on project needs
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery
  • Lead or contribute to solution validation and data-related activities to ensure system quality and readiness, facilitate client workshops, requirements gathering, and design sessions
  • Build trusted client relationships
