Who we are looking for


We are seeking a motivated and analytical IT/OT Integration Consultant with a solid foundation in engineering or information technology and a passion for bridging the gap between IT systems and operational technologies.

Key qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (required)
  • Master’s degree (MsC) in a relevant discipline (preferred)

Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with both IT and OT systems and their applications
  • Understanding of IT/OT architecture design and integration
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or other data analysis platforms
  • Competency in process mapping and optimization
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data
  • Capability to troubleshoot and propose efficient solutions

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a client-focused mindset
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Industry Awareness:

  • Basic understanding of manufacturing and/or automotive industries
  • Awareness of trends in IT and OT technologies

Professional Attributes:

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning

Your future role

As an IT/OT Integration Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients on their digital transformation journey by aligning technology with operational excellence.

In this role, you will:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT/OT integration strategies
  • Support process mapping and optimization to improve industrial operations
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform client decision-making
  • Assist in designing IT/OT architecture frameworks tailored to client environments
  • Participate in workshops and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical insights
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies in IT and OT
  • Contribute to consulting projects in manufacturing and automotive sectors
