Who we are looking for
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in Law, International Relations, or Business).
• 6–10 years of experience in immigration/visa services, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of consular visa processes such as Entry, Business, and Schengen C, and regulations across key geographies.
• Prior experience in handling client-facing roles and managing high-volume visa processing operations.

• Proficient in using visa application portals and internal tracking systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Your future role
Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage the consular team to ensure effective performance and professional development.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to upskill the team on process updates and changing visa regulations.
Provide regular feedback to team members and liaise with the leadership team in the event of any performance issues.

• Operational Oversight
- Oversee end-to-end visa support processes, including preparation of application forms, document checklists, payment, and appointment scheduling.
- Supporting end-to-end document services such as procurement, legalizations, and Apostilles.
- Ensure the team maintains accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all visa submissions.
- Support operational efficiency and process improvement initiatives.

• Client Engagement
- Serve as a primary escalation point for client concerns related to consular processes.
- Ensure a consistent and high-quality client-facing experience through clear communication, timely updates, and professional guidance.

• Process & SLA Management
- Monitor team performance against established SLAs and KPIs. Take proactive steps to address deviations.
- Implement and refine internal processes to optimize efficiency, reduce errors, and improve turnaround times.

• Compliance & Risk Mitigation
- Keep abreast of consular and visa policy changes across various jurisdictions (primarily Entry, Business, and Schengen C visa categories).
- Ensure all applications are prepared in compliance with embassy/consulate requirements to reduce the risk of rejections or delays.

• Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with the UK Consular team and Engagement teams, to ensure seamless coordination.
