• 6+ years in product innovation, venture building, R&D labs, or product management with a strong discovery track record (0→1 and 1→N).
• Portfolio demonstrating measurable outcomes (time-to-confidence, KPI lift, risk reduced) and decision artifacts you authored (PRD, 6-pager/PRFAQ, RFC).
• Fluency in qual/quant methods (interviews, diary studies, survey design, event instrumentation, funnel analysis, cohorting) and experimentation (A/B, switchback, quasi-experiments).
• High-leverage prototyping skills (from low-fi to interactive) and the judgment to choose fidelity that matches the decision at hand.
• Data literacy: building metric trees, defining north-star and input metrics, setting guardrails, reading dashboards; comfort debating sample size, power, and practical significance.
• Tools: Figma/Miro, analytics (Amplitude/Mixpanel/GA), Jira/Confluence; familiarity with CI/CD, feature flags, and experimentation platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional narrative & facilitation skills; able to align diverse stakeholders across time zones under time pressure.
• Experience working with international, cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors.
• English C1+ (Polish welcome); ability to travel occasionally (~20%) for workshops, rehearsals, and pilots.

• Frame opportunities with precision: map user/jobs-to-be-done, constraints, and regulatory guardrails; author clear problem statements, success criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Design learning agendas: transform assumptions into hypotheses; choose the smallest set of experiments that unlock the next decision; define signals, thresholds, and stop conditions.
• Prototype & validate fast: run concierge tests, interactive prototypes, limited pilots, and A/B or quasi-experiments; capture evidence in repeatable templates; separate novelty from durable value.
• Prove value & de-risk: build metric trees and north-star KPIs; model impact vs. effort; recommend kill / pivot / scale with explicit trade-offs and risk burn-down.
• Author decision artifacts: write 1-pagers/6-pagers, PRDs, and RFCs with options, costs, dependencies, and resourcing asks; drive alignment without endless meetings.
• Orchestrate squads for learning: align Design/Engineering/Data/Delivery on lean, testable increments; ensure hand-offs are build-ready (no rework).
• Institutionalize patterns: convert wins into playbooks, reusable components, validation checklists, and experiment repositories; coach teams so the bar stays high when you’re not in the room.
• Champion quality, privacy, and accessibility by design: partner with Security/Legal/Compliance to keep experiments safe and ethical; design for performance and inclusivity at scale.
• Tell the story: synthesize insights into narratives tailored to execs, partners, and stakeholders; make the path to decision unmistakably clear.
• Operate on the field: facilitate workshops, on-site pilots, and event rehearsals; translate real-world constraints (latency, reliability, venue ops) into product choices.
