• Graduates or students in Economics/Finance/Accounting/Mathematics
• Strong interest in accounting and financial analysis
• Willingness to be involved in diverse financial advisory services projects 
• Excellent numeracy skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to absorb and analyze large amounts of data quickly
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in Excel. Additional practical experience with Power BI and VBA will be considered as an advantage.
• Keen ability and willingness to keep learning and developing new skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Latvian and English

As an Intern in Financial Advisory team, you will use your knowledge and analytical mindset to assist financial advisory team in the current projects, including M&A and transaction support, and valuation engagements. You will assist in a variety of tasks, ranging from building financial models to preparing reports. Given the many opportunities to work with different engagement teams and managers, you learn to collaborate very fast.
