This role is for you if you:
- Are a fresh graduate or final year master’s student in Economics (Accounting & Audit preferred) or Organizational Sciences, with solid knowledge of accounting, business, or economics
- Have a sharp, analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Communicate confidently in English
- Know your way around MS Excel and enjoy working with data
- Like taking responsibility and seeing your work make an impact
- Are flexible to travel and work on projects outside Belgrade
- Develop an understanding of your client's business processes and assess the risks they face through the audit glasses
- Verify the year-end figures, check in detail the financial statements and related disclosures thoroughly
- Gain an understanding of the figures through a performance of analytical procedures
- Work on exciting assurance projects, review and challenge reporting and accounting matters under various frameworks
- Regular business communication with clients’ representatives adhering to professional standards

Our selection process consists of the following steps:
