Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for new colleagues to join our core banking implementation team for the position of Junior Business/System Analyst.

Successful candidate will engage in full lifecycle of complex, international core banking implementation projects for systems such as Temenos Transact (T24), Thought Machine Vault, nCino and more. Candidate main focus will be on business requirements area, being personally accountable for end-to-end delivery, keeping work on track, exercising effective communication with all project stakeholders and building long lasting relationships with our clients.

Requirements:

Analytical mindset combined with good judgement.
Fluent English verbal and written communication skills (ability to work with International Clients).
Comfortable with information technology, systems, and data.
Attention to details and focus on quality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work within our team and across our business.
Systematic approach to work and ability to prioritize tasks, strong organizational skills.
Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
Bachelor’s and/or Master's Degree (can be in progress).

Desirable, nice to have:

Knowledge of the banking sector.
Experience in delivery projects (preferably Banking, but not a must).
Technologies:

- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

- Jira, Confluence

Your future role

Analysis of business requirements and translating them into functional specification.
Participating in analytical workshops, meetings and calls with a client to understand its processes, challenges and needs.
Participating in all stages of project delivery lifecycle.
Supporting the process of User Acceptance Testing (Functional Testing).
Provide day-by-day support on the ongoing projects.
Supporting project managers in area of project planning, risk & issue reporting and managing the data migration process.
Staying up to date and specialize in product we deliver by obtaining vendor certifications.
