Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a Junior Core Banking Developer to join our team and support the development and customization of our core banking platform. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, gain hands-on experience in real projects, and grow your technical skills while contributing to systems that support key banking operations. 🚀

A recent graduate or junior professional in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of programming and software development concepts, with eagerness to learn enterprise systems.
Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to coding and documentation.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from experienced team members.
Interest in financial systems and large-scale applications, with curiosity about how technology supports banking operations.
Motivation to continuously develop technical skills, gain certifications, and grow professionally. 🚀

Your future role

Develop and configure Transact (core banking system), focusing on customization and system integrations based on business requirements and design documentation.
Produce clear and structured design & development documentation 📄
Analyze and resolve bugs and performance issues identified during testing phases 🐞⚙️
Optimize solutions and development processes according to industry gold standards and the latest best practices.
Take ownership of developments across the entire software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with developers, analysts, and team leaders.
Participate in all stages of implementation project delivery, from design to go-live.
Provide day-to-day support on ongoing projects, including participation in production rollouts of new systems and functionalities🚦
Continuously grow your expertise by specializing in our core banking products and obtaining vendor certifications 🎓
Proactively share ideas to improve processes, tools, and delivery approaches 💡
