Who we are looking for
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, Econometrics, or equivalent.
- Comfortable to work with large data sets, figures and able to quickly understand financial concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously, managing priorities efficiently under pressure and in a proactive manner.
- Show strong skills in financial and non-financial risks, and instruments.
- Be rigorous, quality driven, result-oriented with excellent analytical and synthetic skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to communicate clearly, work autonomously as well as be part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Team spirit, dynamic and people oriented.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of French or German is an asset.
Your future role
- Work on risk management projects for traditional and alternative investment management clients, e.g. private equity, private credit, real estate and infrastructure.
- Define fund and financial instruments data points, ownerships, sourcing and validation processes.
- Advise, implement and/or review risk management procedures covering market, credit, liquidity, counterparty and sustainability risks for traditional and alternative assets.
- Develop an expertise in ESG and sustainability risks.
- Maintain quality and relevancy of data records and trust in the data referential.
- Monitor data usage, provide insights to teams and to senior management.
- Actively contribute to raising awareness to get data quality to a higher level.
- Keep in close contact with various stakeholders within the teams and with external stakeholders.
- Provide regular support to client inquiries related to regulatory risk management requirements.
- Participate in the development of our eminence through market / regulatory analyzes, client roundtables and articles preparation.
