Who We're Seeking

As a leader in this exciting journey, you'll have:

  • Managerial Experience: You've honed your leadership skills in a shared service center, consulting, or related fields.
  • Finance & Accounting Expertise: You are adept in back-office processes and have managed finance-related projects.
  • Dynamic Leadership: You excel in high-pressure environments and can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Acumen: Your strategic thinking empowers you to construct logical, evidence-based solutions.
  • Communication Skills: You present ideas confidently in both Hungarian and English and forge lasting client relationships.
  • Educational Background: You hold at least a Bachelor's degree in in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience in system implementation or business process reengineering initiatives.
  • Familiarity with SAP (FI, CO) or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, BlackLine, BluePrism,  HighRadius, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies..


Your future role

Your future role

As a Manager, you'll:

  • Work in a high performing project team helping our clients to achieve or build efficient financial operation thus supporting the development of our clients’ CFO function.
  • Lead project implementations at high-profile Hungarian and international clients.
  • Support business development, analyze client data, identify and targeted solutions for the CFO agenda.
  • Attend trainings, and conferences, gain international exposure.
  • Oversee a  projects, ensuring effective client communication.
  • Develop and lead a team of junior colleagues, enhancing your people management skills.
  • Drive business development by building eminence, crafting proposals and strengthening client relationships.
  • Represent our team at major conferences and events.
