• 3-5 years of experience in data engineering
• Proficiency in cloud platforms, with experience in Azure and GCP being preferred OR
• Databricks expertise
• Marketing experience – working with marketing or customer (B2B; B2C) data
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platform tools such as Tealium, Segment, Adobe or knowledge in Custom CDPs
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, Spark or any other programming language
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow
• Strong data modeling skills
• Proactive personality with an analytical mindset, able to create insights based on client requirements
• Business Analysis – ability to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications

·       Client-facing experience – ability to interact with clients to discuss requirements and present solutions

• Good communication skills and ability to present ideas to stakeholders
• Fluency in written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience with Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM

·       Project management skills – ability to lead and manage small sized projects

• Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica
• Enthusiasm for AI Technologies
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools
