Who we are looking for
- You’ve graduated from a relevant university program (such as, but not exclusively: Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics, Organizational Sciences);
- Have experience in the field of Organization Design, for example experience with governance and (top) structure design, Organization Design tools and reorganizations.
- Previous experience that has enabled you to understand how different organizations are structured per departments, number of management layers, supporting functions, etc.
- Good understanding of what an organizational structure is and awareness of different existing models (structures based on geography, structures based on Business lines, Matrix structures, etc.)
- Passion for data, numbers, business overviews and comprehensive reports. Experience in data analysis (looking at responsibilities for different roles, workloads, time estimates, etc.)
- Effective facilitation and communication skills both verbally and in writing, confident & dynamic attitude
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Social skills: remote collaboration, team player, proactive and curious
Your future role
- Facilitation of workshops
- Attendance of various meetings/ calls (daily check in’s, status updates, alignment calls, etc.)
- Developing PPT decks, documenting approaches, what the design principles are, etc.
- Building business cases, transformation roadmaps and milestones, etc.
- Working on Excel files and dashboards, documenting the impacts of a change in terms of number of employees, cost, existing roles vs. new roles, capability gaps, etc.
- Developing or reviewing job descriptions, competency lists, etc. for various roles, or building entire an job architecture framework for a certain organization.
- Building org. structure models using specific Org. Design tools
- Facilitation of workshops
