Who we are looking for

If you are experienced penetration tester/red teamer and you are looking for growth in an international environment - we want to hear from you! Deloitte is looking for a Penetration Testing Lead to join our offensive security team in Poland.

🎯 What we expect from you:

At least 5 years of epxerience in penetration testing/red teaming.
Deep understanding for various penetration testing types and industries.
Active in the Polish cyber security communities.
Experinced in managing client relationships and handling complex penetration testing/red teaming projects form end to end, including proposal preparation, delivey management, quality assurance, single point of contact to the client and presenting the test results at technical and business level.
Deep understanding of technical and business trends on the penetration testing market.
Multiple certifications for various penetration testing/red teaming topics.

Your future role

Managing complex penetration testing/red teaming projects with an international team.
Supporting marketing and sales activities on various markets.
Presenting Deloitte’s offensive security capabilites at various events.
Be part of an international team and collaborate with testers from multiple countries.

2 step - Technical interview (1 hour) - online;

3 step - Professional interview with Team Leaders (1 hour) - online;

4 step - Professional interview with Cyber Portfolio Leader (1 hour) - online;
